If we receive a valid infringement Notice from a copyright or trademark owner that meets all of the requirements of copyright, we comply with the law and remove the content from our site (and Templates Vision will not responsible for any risk, only seller/Vendor will responsible). As a service provider we only Live Digital Product produced by our community, Seller, Vendors. Templates Vision isn’t involve in any kind of Copied material.
If we find that a member* (Vendor/Seller, Templates Vision is not included because we purchase Images and use our own material) of our site has violated this policy repeatedly or egregiously, we’ll close that user’s store, and we may take further action.
Note: Templates Vision is not included in Members because we own this Market place and create all our digital products by our self and we purchase raw Images and use our own material.
